Alaska American Samoa Guam Hawaii Marianas Islands Oregon Washington - October 1, 2021
- Full power stations must concurrently file form FCC Form 395-B -- EEO Report
- Biennial Ownership report for full power stations are also due this year, with the filing window opening October 1, 2021.
- Low Power FM stations are exempt from filing EEO and Biennial Ownership reports.
- Forms can be filed in the FCC's LMS database.
