On July 18 Common Frequency provided comment with the FCC concerning proposed Rule Making Docket No. MB 03-185. Common Frequency proposes method of expanding the FM band to accommodate more noncommercial broadcasters and better accommodate AM broadcasters migrating to FM. The comment can be read here.
