FCC is seeking public comment for suggestions about parts of the FCC Rules that should be eliminated to streamline or enable communications to work with less bureaucratic intervention. Comments are due April 11, and Reply Comments dues April 28. Since this is not an official rulemaking, and rather a rulemaking suggestion, the docket so far need not be published in the Federal Register.
