Broadcast renewal applications must be filed by October 1, 2019 for licenses expiring February 1, 2020 by licensees in Florida, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands. In total, licensees in the following states have to file renewals in 2019 (chart below). Pre-filing and post filing announcements must be run prior to filing the renewal, and after filing the renewal on the 1st and 16th of the months designated below per 47 CFR Section 73.3580.
